Prior to joining NOVA, Madison (she/her) earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from George Mason University. During her time at George Mason University, she volunteered with the National Center for Victims of Crime as a Volunteer Victim Assistance Specialist. In this role she gained experience in a variety of areas including volunteer and donor management, training development, and strategic planning. She also worked hands-on with clients providing direct services both in-person and via the 24/7 crisis hotline.
