Jenn Doe (she/her) is NOVA’s Military Lethality Assessment Program Manager, working with the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide training and technical assistance to Domestic Abuse Victim Advocates (DAVAs).

Jenn has been working in victim services since 2011 and has held roles in in community outreach, training and education, fundraising and development, volunteer management, and organizational leadership. Most of her professional experience has been in the area of domestic violence prevention and advocacy and she spent several years working with multidisciplinary domestic violence fatality review teams, where she utilized findings to improve advocacy and system responses to domestic violence. Jenn has been involved with coordinated community response (CCR) efforts and has utilized her expertise to help pass survivor-centered legislation in Colorado.

Jenn holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. She also teaches online classes as an adjunct faculty member at Metro State University of Denver and is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor.
