We offer several discounted membership options for:
- Seniors: available to individuals 60+ years old
- Military: available to all active-duty, reservist, National Guard, and advocates employed by the DoD or DHS
- NOVA Training Alum: graduates of NOVA’s online training academies and NOVA’s CRT Crisis Response Team Training
If you qualify for any of the above discounts and would like to receive a discount code, please contact [email protected] and provide:
- A picture of your driver’s license (for the senior discount)
- Your U.S. military email address (for the military discount)
- The name and completion date of the training academy or CRT training (for NOVA training alumni discount)
We also offer a deeply discounted membership to full time college and graduate school students at a rate of $25/year. Eligibility requirements:
- Must be a student in the U.S. or its territories
- Must be a full time college or graduate school student
- Must display an interest in entering the field of victim advocacy

Yes. If you decide to cancel your membership, you may do so by logging into your member portal.
Please note NOVA memberships are not refundable or transferrable so while you may cancel your membership, a refund won’t be provided.

Absolutely! Please follow the below steps for paying by check.
Step 1:
Select which membership you’d like. Fill in your information and click the “Pay by Check” option under the Payment Method section.

Include a note or indication of who the membership is for with the check and mail to:
