NOVA’s Career Fair is an opportunity for students entering the workforce, professionals interested in a career change and advocates looking for professional growth. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge about the field of victim advocacy and crisis response, understand the variety of positions and organizations in which advocates serve, and build connections with hiring organizations! Through discussion-based webinars and in-person events, our diverse group of agency partners provide participants with information about current services and how aspiring advocates and crisis responders can enter into this fulfilling career.
