Clara Valadares Kientz (she/her/ela) is a Campus Advocacy Program Manager with the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA). Clara has over 10 years of experience working in anti-violence response and prevention with focus in domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking (DVSAS) on college campuses. She has served as a community- and campus-based advocate, as well as a state-wide trainer. At NOVA, she helps colleges and universities create trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and accessible programs to address DVSAS. When she’s not working toward her passion, she enjoys her mom’s home-cooked meals (Brazilian feijoada is her favorite), sharing pictures of her adorable pets, and traveling.
